Camelot Tor, a multiple supreme champion in the show ring is now proving his credentials as an elite stud sire with his progeny winning broad ribbons and even a supreme champion award from their early show ring appearances. Tor's almost faultless conformation and evenness of fleece character is being passed on to his beautiful offspring.
Blackgate Lodge Snowmaster, a magnificent young son of Camelot Tor won Champion Junior Male at the 2008 National Alpaca Show at barely 6 months of age. His first show. The judge commented that Snowmaster is an outstanding junior male with a fabulous fleece that is uniform in character and brightness across his entire body. Another Tor son, Blackgate Lodge Suntory was runner up as Reserve Champion Junior male. A brilliant achievement.
Lee Carrow Seventh Heaven, a stunning daughter of Camelot Tor has near perfect conformation, excellent fibre coverage carried consistently to all points. She has a beautiful soft-handling, dense fleece with lustre and uniformity of crimp style and staple definition across her entire body. The key attribute that has repeatedly caught the judges' eye has been the uniformity and evenness of this outstanding young female.
Her Show Results (from just 5 shows) include:
- Wodonga 2008: Champion Junior Female, also Best Mid-Dark Fawn
- Red Hill 2008: Reserve Champion Junior Female, also Best Fawn

Shown at right is the lustre and crimp definition exhibited in the bright fleeces of Tor's white cria. These animals are expected to be producers of an advanced fleece style that will expedite our breeding progress towards heavier fleece weights and a brighter commercial future.
