An outstanding male with a full peruvian background and an exquisite fleece that has really caught the judge's eye. Genetically proven for superior fineness and fleece weight breeding values.

  • His crowning achievements are Supreme Champion Fleece at both the 2008 Canberra and Melbourne Royal Shows and Champion Adult Fleece at the International Fleece Show 2008 (500+ entries)
  • Valentino's dam, Pollyanna, was a show winner. Her lovely, bright white fleece was an admired feature of her show performances
  • His sire, a peruvian import, has been the maker of many, many champions. A half brother Flowerdale Haliday is the Supreme Champion Fleece of the 2007 Royal Melbourne Show
  • As a junior, even from the outside (without opening it up), his fleece (shown at right) attracted attention for its character and fine bundling style
  • Valentino has an ABV for fleece fineness and weight (AGE Service 2007) that is significantly superior to the industry benchmark. His 2007 fleece stats record his third fleece at 21.2mn and a low CV of 20.8

01/08/10 | 2010 Cria Drop
The autumn drop is now old enough to evaluate the quality of last season'e breedings. We are pleased to say that some of these cria are amongst the best quality we have ever bred. Many of the dams have been re-joined and a few are for sale.

13/08/10 | Show Season gets underway.
The main show season is now in full swing with Colourbration, Royal Melbourne and the National ahead of us. We look forward to the competition and the camaraderie.

A new section has been created on this website for a few very special animals offered for sale. These are our STAR PERFORMERS. Those listed are elite alpacas with superior pedigrees and some excellent show results.
